The intention of the Financial Inclusion and New Entrepreneurship (FINE) research group is to provide knowledge about new forms of finance and new, hybrid forms of entrepreneurship, to contribute to a society in which entrepreneurs can make the difference. Research and teaching focuses on students, lecturers and professionals who want to expand their knowledge and understanding of the role of entrepreneurs in society.
The research group aims to achieve the following:
- To classify and disseminate knowledge of financial inclusion and new entrepreneurship, both nationally and internationally.
- To design practice-based research with a close link to teaching.
Rolien is a lecturer/researcher within the Finance & Control degree programme and works on integration in and translation of concepts and theories for business model innovation such as the ‘doughnut economy’ to educational materials for higher (economic) firstname.lastname@example.org
