International Financial Management and Control - English - 3 years - Full-time
The IFMC programme will give you the skills to improve your world and become financially independent. You’ll be ready to deal with business and management decisions in an entrepreneurial, open-minded and ethical way. You could aspire to the likes of Patrick and John Collison (founders of Stripe payments platform), or Rickard and Bjorn Öste (Oatly).
The world is constantly changing, so you’ll learn how to adapt by taking on new perspectives, knowledge and competences. We call it business + impact. You could become a ‘manager of change’ in your field of expertise in a small or medium-sized enterprise, government institution or a global company, like Cargill, Accenture, BMW, Danone or Deloitte.

We do offer courses in accounting, but you’ll need a masters in accounting after your bachelors to become a certified accountant. There are several options at other universities, in the Netherlands and internationally. The IFMC three-year programme has an integrated pre-masters programme. On completion, you can take the masters subjects in accounting, finance, accounting and control at Rotterdam’s Erasmus School of Economics. This qualification can kick-start your career to a high-flying CFO position.
