On 9 May, the biggest healthcare congress of the year will take place: the ICT & Health Congress. During this conference, professionals will discuss the future of healthcare and the role of smart healthcare innovations, technologies and sustainable partnerships in this. The Hague University of Applied Sciences will also be present and give a sold-out workshop on Living Labs.

Workshop: from innovation to implementation with Living Labs

From THUAS, the workshop will be given by Sanne de Vries (Health Innovation Centre of Expertise director and leading professor), Wendy Scholtes-Bos (Medical Delta Living Lab VIT for Life) and Marlies Wagener (Medical Delta Living Lab VIT for Life). With the current topics the workshop will cover, it promises to be an exceptional workshop. Participants seem to agree, as the workshop is already sold out.

Sanne says: ‘With living labs, we look together with partners within the quadruple helix at what is needed to implement innovation in healthcare. In this workshop, we will work with participants to define and tackle system hiccups. We want to see where the pain points are in collaboration now and where the opportunities lie in the future. We provide insights with concrete examples of how we approach this within our Medical Delta Living Lab VIT for Life.’
