The project website www.impactcorona.nl is now live.
The project investigates the impact of corona on coexistence: well-being, solidarity, community relations, and trust in institutions. This is being done with large-scale survey research, both nationwide and in cities and regions.
In addition, in-depth qualitative research is being conducted. Together with policy makers, professionals and citizens, action strategies will be developed to increase individual and social resilience.
On this site you can find the first results of the research, as well as the reports and podcasts which have been published.
The research is being conducted by Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Vrije Universiteit/Kieskompas, The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Leiden University Medical Center, and Risbo (an independent institution linked to the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioral Sciences). Partners are the municipality of Rotterdam, the municipality of The Hague and the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG). The research is funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development (ZonMW).
