Finance & Control organized their 2nd International Forum on CSR, Sustainabiliy and Circular Economy
“ Impacting people, planet and profit by creating sustainable value combining research and industry”Today’s financial and business professionals have a need to better understand how companies can improve sustainable value creation. The goal of this open Sustainability Forum was to provide understanding of the key concepts of sustainable value creation by sharing implementations, knowledge and lessons learned between the industry, researchers and university lecturers.
At the end of day 2, the Forum participants worked in various small groups on a case study presented by one of the participating companies. The focus of this case study was to provide a blueprint of how the companies and university researchers and lecturers can collaborate in order to improve the university curriculum to better prepare the students and future business professionals.
With this goal in mind, The Finance and Control program of The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands), in cooperation with its strategic partners, University Francisco de Vitoria (Spain), Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Finland), and University of Cagliari (Italy), organized the II International Forum on Sustainability on December 2 and 3, 2019, in The Hague, The Netherlands.
