In this talk Rosa Groen will enlighten us about the successes and failures of The Hague, Geneva, Vienna and Copenhagen in eight different cases. Besides, exciting follow-up projects are presented as part of her research agenda. Spoiler alert: This will be focused on Peace, Justice, and how these can be achieved across the EU at local, municipal levels through multi-level governance.
