Creative research techniques: context mapping and storytelling

Healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, have difficulty in seducing their clients into sustainable, healthy physical activity after treatment. In a joint research project from Leiden University of Applied Sciences, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and The Hague University of Applied Sciences we investigate how we can support professionals in this. We use creative research techniques to arrive at user-oriented solutions. In the lecture we show how these techniques work and what they deliver.
