International Office

If you’re studying at The Hague University of Applied Sciences or abroad during your studies, it’s likely that you’ll spend some time at our International Office. The International Office is responsible for all non-academic matters concerning international students in the programmes The Hague University of Applied Sciences delivers in English.

We can help you to become a student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, whether you want to be a student in a fulltime programme or an exchange student at our university. When you are a student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, the International Office can help you getting advice and financial support for study or internship abroad.  We can assist you in arranging practical matters such as your entry visa and residence permit, your accommodation in The Hague, your insurance and all your financial matters.

The International Office is also the main contact point for foreign organisations and visitors to TThe Hague University of Applied Sciences. Our International Office also co- ordinates our international activities for different departments, representing The Hague University of Applied Sciences at national and international meetings.

Location and opening hours

The opening hours of our front office are from Monday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. During these hours one of our staff members is present to assist you and to answer any question you have on the subject mentioned above. Our office is located in the center of the University complex, in Ovaal 0.74. Please feel free to come and see us!
