Requesting documents
Student ID card
If you have lost your student ID card, visit the Enrolment Centre (
Centrale Studenten Inschrijving, CSI, ovaal 0.05) to apply for a new student ID card. A new student ID card costs € 15,- ,which you must pay by EFT at the desk.
If you can submit a police report showing that your student ID card has been stolen, you do not need to pay for a new student ID card.
Haven’t received a student ID card?
If you have enrolled but have not yet received a student ID card, come the Enrolment Centre before 15 October.
Proof of enrolment
If you need an additional proof of enrolment, send an e-mail to
csi@hhs.nl stating your name, student number, address, the academic year for which you require a proof of enrolment, and the language in which the document should be drawn up (Dutch or English).
Proof of payment of tuition fees
If you also study at another university or university of applied sciences in the Netherlands, you can request a proof of payment of tuition fees so that you only need to pay the tuition fees once. To do so, send an e-mail to
csi@hhs.nl stating your name, student number, address, the academic year for which you require a proof of payment of tuition fees, and the university or university of applied sciences for which the document is intended.
