Re-enrolment
As a student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, you have to re-enrol every year.
Re-enrolment will go entirely digitally, via Studielink.
As from mid-June, you will be able to re-enrol via Studielink. The Hague University of Applied Sciences will inform you about this from June 2012. This page explains how you can re-enrol via Studielink. Also, you'll find information on what to do in case of graduation, if you want to terminate your enrolment, if you want to change your study programme, or if you want to add another programme. See below at the situation that applies to you for information on how to arrange this.
Please note: if you want to re-enrol,
never make a new enrolment request! Wait until re-enrolment is possible via Studielink (expected by mid-June).
I want to re-enrol
By the time re-enrolment is possible to Studielink (expected by mid-June), you can arrange your re-enrolment as follows:
- Log in to
Studielink;
- At "My To Do list", select the button "Re-enrol for next year";
- Check all details and select "Confirm".
Your request for re-enrolment is now transferred to The Hague University of Applied Sciences. At
Studielink, you can track the status of your re-enrolment request via "My messages" and "My study programmes (Status)".
Please note: even if you already arranged everything concerning your re-enrollment (the request for re-enrolment and the (digital) payment authorisation for the tuition fees), it could be that you are not yet fully registered. The reason for this may be that your study programme has not yet passed on your positive or held Binding Study Advice (BSA) to the Enrolment Centre. (This also applies to students that already received their propaedeutic (first year) diploma!)
I don't want to re-enrol
If you don't want to re-enrol for the following academic year, because you have graduated, or because you want to stop your study programme for any other reason, you can terminate your enrolment as of 31 August 2011. You can arrange this as follows:
- Log in to
Studielink;
- Under "My study programmes", select the name of the study programme (at the current academic year) for which you do not want to re-enrol;
- Under "Status of enrolment or enrolment application", select the button "I do not wish to re-enrol";
- Check all details and confirm that you don't want to re-enrol.
Your enrolment will be terminated on 1 September and we will stop sending you further reminders about your re-enrolment for the next academic year.
See this page for more information on (what you need to arrange in case of) graduation.
See this page for more information on (what you need to arrange in case of) termination of your enrolment.
I want to enrol in a second study programme
If you wish to continue the study programme that you're following now, and want to enrol in second study programme, please take these two actions:
- First re-enrol in the study programme that you wish to continue;
- Then
apply for enrolment in the study programme that you wish to add.
I want to change my study programme
Would you like to switch programmes or programme variants (e.g. from part-time to full-time), please take these two actions:
- First indicate that you don't want to re-enrol in your current study programme;
- Then
apply for enrolment in the study programme that you wish to follow instead.
Log in using DigiD
Since 8 February 2012, all students with a Dutch address have to log in to Studielink using DigiD. If you already have a Studielink account, you’ll have to convert this (once).
Click here to view or download our manual “Convert existing Studielink account to DigiD”.
If you do not own a DigiD, you can request one at
www.digid.nl. You need a Dutch Burger Service Nummer (BSN) to request DigiD. (Forgot your BSN? Request it at the city hall!)
If you don't have a residence address in the Netherlands, you will not be entitled to apply for a DigiD, and may continue to log in to Studielink using your Studielink user name and password.
